Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Nivio. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Preorders
For preorder items, estimated shipping windows are listed on each product page. You will be charged at checkout to reserve your unit, and we will email you updates as we approach your estimated shipping date. You can cancel your preorder anytime before shipment for a full refund by contacting info@niviocare.com.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on our website.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after dispatch
International: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Factors such as customs processing or weather delays may extend delivery times.
Domestic Shipping
We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Orders to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses may experience longer delivery times.
International Shipping
We currently offer limited international shipping. International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nivio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at info@niviocare.com. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been shipped.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your package leaves our facility, carrier delays are outside our control. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please wait 24 hours and check with neighbors or your local carrier office. If you still cannot locate your order, contact us at info@niviocare.com for assistance.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled prior to shipment. For preorders, cancellations are accepted anytime before your item ships for a full refund.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the package and contents immediately and contact us at info@niviocare.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
