NIVIO — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 365-day return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories included. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address once approved:

If your return is accepted, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at info@niviocare.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., beauty, skincare, or medical-use products once opened)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used medical or ear-related devices (including accessories such as silicone tips) cannot be returned unless defective.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

If you have questions about a specific item, reach out before returning.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (once accepted) and place a new order for the replacement product.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As above, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@niviocare.com.
